Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
- Manage correspondence and communications effectively.
- Prepare and format legal documents, contracts, and reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize legal files, documentation, and records.
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries of legal information.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Available to start in February
