About the Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial insights to support decision-making across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of key financial reporting, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and develop models to support business functions. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial reviews, providing insights to support budget holders in effective decision-making.
- Analyse costs and financial trends, identifying areas for optimisation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary, to offer a clear overview of financial performance.
- Assist the Financial Controller in preparing reports for the Board and its committees, including financial statements, cash flow analysis, key performance indicators, and subsidiary consolidation.
- Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and business modelling, ensuring financial plans align with strategic goals.
- Support the preparation of funding applications and ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
- Provide manpower cost analysis and collaborate with HR to ensure effective workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes, streamline operations, and drive cost efficiency across the organisation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant or Part-Qualified Accountant nearing completion, with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong Excel skills are essential; experience with NetSuite is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Salary & Working Hours:
- Salary: €57,120
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
