Mortgage Consultant |Permanent |Remote / Dublin
Our client is a leading financial services company looking for a Mortgage Consultant with 3+years' experience in the Irish mortgage sales market.This role requires supporting our Tier 1 Corporate clients and their employees with weekly onsitemortgage clinics.
The individual needs to be well presented and able to handle discussions with senior corporate clients on their individual financial needs.This a great stretch opportunity for a mortgage consultant to step up to handling sophisticated customers and in high volumes. Mortgage administrator support is provided throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing mortgage advice to customer across the full range of options in the market
- Explaining full offering of company across different verticals; Investment,Protection, Tax, Wellness, Insurance
- Identifying financial opportunities for customers and facilitating handover to appropriate colleagues.
- Guiding mortgage administrators on customer cases
- Onsite clinics at corporate client venues
Requirements:
- 3+ years previous experience in mortgage roles in Ireland with a minimum of 2 years in sales in a face to face customer environment.
- QFA /APA
- Well presented and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of customers.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail.
- High standards of compliance, integrity, and honesty.
