Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a growing finance team within a construction company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts payable and receivable. You will play a key role in supporting the finance department with invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and other administrative tasks.
- Location: Dun Laoghaire, South Dublin
- Salary: €35,000 - €42,000 Pro Rata
- Working Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy with supporting documentation.
- Conducting monthly creditor and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly payment runs and remittances.
- Posting manual payroll journal entries (training provided).
- Managing corporate credit card postings and reconciliations.
- Assisting with sales invoicing and reconciliations.
- Supporting external audit processes.
- Performing general administrative and ad hoc finance tasks.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Financial, Admin, or Accounts Assistant.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
