Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create content for various technical systems and processes.
- Provide training in both classroom and on-site settings for operators and technical staff.
- Evaluate performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with schedulers to design and implement annual training plans.
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans to enhance learning outcomes.
- Teach core systems and supporting subsystems relevant to the role.
- Work with internal teams to gather content, update materials, and stay informed on new developments.
- Develop new programs to meet evolving operational requirements.
- Assist the training team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in plant operations, systems etc. is a preference.
- Previous experience in a Training/L&D role is advantageous.
- Technical background and ability to understand technical drawings and systems will be essential.
