    Role: Practice Executive

    Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

    Duration: Permanent

    We are working with an International Law Firm who are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Executive to join their growing Dublin office. This dynamic role involves providing high-level administrative, organisational, and client support within a fast-paced professional services environment. The successful candidate must come from a similar Law Firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate complex diaries, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, scheduling priorities, stakeholder management.

    • Marketing & Business Development: Assist with data entry, event coordination, pitch documents, directory submissions, and maintaining marketing materials and digital profiles.

    • Client & Matter Management Support: Build relationships with key client contacts, support onboarding, prepare reports, organise team calls, and help manage project/matter administration.

    • Practice Administration/Management: Support billing processes, time recording, credit control, and monitor client-specific requirements. Provide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a PA, secretarial, or administrative role in a similar fast paced Law Firm. Experience in Litigation would be highly advantageous.
    • Strong organisational skills, accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
    • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and the ability to build positive working relationships.
    • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and eager to learn and develop.
    • A strong team player with a flexible, proactive approach.
