Validation Specialist

Are you ready to rise to the challenge and make a real impact? We are looking for a motivated Validation Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of Process Validation/Qualification projects across several production areas, including Process, Cleaning, Software, Utility, and Facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive validation initiatives for both current products and new product launches.
• Create, implement, and finalize validation projects, ensuring adherence to all necessary processes and regulatory standards.
• Support the continuous process validation program by developing OPV protocols and reports, and evaluating process stability and performance.
• Work closely with project teams to establish project timelines and define the necessary scope of validation efforts.
• Conduct and record risk assessments (FMEA) as part of validation activities.
• Carry out functional testing for validation as needed, while monitoring and addressing deviations during the qualification process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience within Validation.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements
