About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to promote a world-leading brand in the Vascular and Endovascular market. This national, field-based role has a strong clinical focus, with the majority of your time spent in theatre settings, while developing and supporting strong procurement and clinical relationships.
As a Product Specialist, you will deliver high-level product expertise and procedural support to healthcare professionals, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), through field visits, educational seminars, and one-on-one training sessions. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, meeting sales targets, and expanding our business by supporting both existing customers and cultivating new relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive territory sales to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly goals by engaging with existing and potential customers.
- Gather and analyze market data on both our portfolio and competitor activities.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly in senior clinical roles.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range and related medical disciplines, offering technical support and training to clinicians.
- Assist in the evaluation of new products and clinical studies where necessary.
- Identify and explore new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with other sales team members and support functions to deliver exceptional service to both customers and patients.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, training sessions, and marketing activities to increase product visibility and awareness.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and equipment install base.
The successful candidate will:
- Bring clinical experience, with a background in medical sales preferred,
- Demonstrate confidence, credibility, and a positive impact in all interactions
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong working relationships.
- Take ownership of decisions and prioritize tasks to achieve results efficiently.
