Program Director - Strategic Transformation

In this role as Program Director in Strategic Transformation you will work closely with identified stakeholders to deliver strategic projects across Integrations Pre and Post-Merger, Global System Implementations in line with Group Strategy. You will lead the delivery of Strategic Transformation initiatives (the Program) by meeting the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale transformation programs: M&A integrations, global system rollouts, target operating models.

• Own delivery of agreed scope, objectives, budgets, KPIs, and synergies.

• Develop and embed a standardized Program Playbook and governance model.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones across multiple projects.

• Oversee and mentor project managers and resources, ensuring performance and accountability.

• Build stakeholder alignment and drive cross-functional collaboration.

• Deliver clear communications, reporting, and updates to senior leadership.

• Promote innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills:

• 15+ years in project management/financial services, with funds industry expertise strongly preferred.

• Proven success in integrations, global implementations, and budget delivery.

• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

• Degree or Master's plus PRINCE2/IPMA certification.
