Our client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team to support all EMEA regions from a Field Insights perspective.
Job Description
- Purpose of the Team - This role is to support all EMEA regions from a Field Insights perspective. This includes bi-weekly rhythms with Field Leadership, CSAM triage management for our Premium Customers, and capturing pipeline signals throughout the month for all customers and passing those signals to the Demand Planning Team."
- Key projects - This role is to support all EMEA regions from a Field Insights perspective.
- Interfacing with the Sales Team, incoming demand, helping manage customer escalations as it relates to capacity
- Dealing with Senior Leadership in the field in EMEA.
Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required - 6-10 Years of experience in prior or relevant work experience
- Degrees or certifications required - N/A; Anything would be a plus
- Disqualifiers - Candidate needs to have progressive need for responsibility and accountability within their title and skillset
- The ability to navigate within the team and work with different personalities within the team.
- Driving critical milestones for the team
- Performance Indicators - Level of how much efficiency improvements can be delivered within this team, the amount of qualitative clarity in processes and frameworks both within and across teams.
- Meeting Deadlines
- Improvements or Ideas that would translate to customer experiences enhancements
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
6-10 Years of Experience Good with Data Analysis and CRM Data and the Sales Pipeline and Motion Cycle
Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective
Experience presenting or dealing with management. Presenting a capacity summary on the region and the "hot" issues within certain regions in the field.
Experience with Azure is preferred
