Programme Test Manager daily rate contract

Drive the quality of large -scale, agile projects as a Programme Test Manager. Lead diverse QA teams and ensure flawless delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop QA teams.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies (Agile, automation, data).
• Conduct quality reviews and provide guidance.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers.
• Provide team support and guidance.
• Deliver test status reports and drive process improvements.
• Conduct technical analysis and defect management.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• 10+ years Test Management experience.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile application testing and automation.
• Strong test estimation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in delivering end to end testing in multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement.
