Job Title: PTP Analyst & Senior PTP Analyst
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
While responsibilities may vary depending on experience level, key duties for both roles include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for PTP queries and activities, ensuring timely execution of core processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Help Desk support, Payments, Month-End Close, Compliance, and Controls.
- Manage PTP operations for assigned markets, including resolving invoice processing, payment, and vendor master data issues.
- Oversee the GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) process, ensuring ownership, accountability, and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PTP stakeholders through effective communication and reporting (e.g., Paid on Time, Invoice Issue Resolution, Payment Errors).
- Analyse and report on ERP account debit balances, ensuring accurate insights and action plans.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of PTP dashboards and reports across sites and divisions.
- Support migration efforts into the Shared Service Model while ensuring operational excellence.
- Participate in ERP migrations, process improvements, and key transformation projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on simplification, standardisation, and cost optimisation.
- Ensure timely completion of internal controls and compliance requirements, addressing audit findings as needed.
- Engage in focus group sessions, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement planning activities.

What We're Looking For
Candidates for both roles should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 year's experience in PTP/STP, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and Supplier Enablement within a global organisation.
- Education: BA degree in Business or Accounting, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement, is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices, SAP and non-SAP ERP systems, with PowerBI and PowerApps experience being a plus.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated analytical skills, process evaluation, and the ability to recommend and implement solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, combined with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
- Languages (For Senior PTP Analyst Only): Proficiency in English and French is required; additional language skills are a plus.
