About the Role:

My client based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Assist with office events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
