Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Dublin team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, and data center projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design and delivery of building services projects.

Produce detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical drawings.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project excellence.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and sustainability targets.

Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Proven experience in building services design across multiple sectors (resi, commercial, pharma, data centers).

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design.

Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
