The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top senior-level talent in the legal field.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing methods, including networking, and leveraging professional platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to negotiating offers.
- Employer Branding: Champion the firm's brand, ensuring we are positioned as an employer of choice in the legal sector.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, with a focus on senior-level hiring.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
