Our global tech client is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their team!
As a Solutions Consultant, you will drive the successful delivery of internal and external projects by developing tailored, scalable solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. You will independently manage project components, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimise solution delivery using technical, strategic, and operational insights. Any candidate with experience managing partnerships in the apps/ gaming sphere will really stand out from the crowd!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute project components independently with minimal guidance.
- Analyse business needs and recommend data-driven, scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues and inefficiencies.
- Coordinate project timelines, goals, and documentation.
- Support and influence long-term solution strategies across cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to solution content (e.g., best practises, tutorials, documentation).
- Assist with partner strategy and participate in business reviews.
- Support solution development, delivery, scoping, and post-deployment optimisation.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and communicate user feedback to improve products and solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or project management.
- Experience with process optimisation and solution delivery in complex environments.
