Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description
This role with a technology and data company based in Dublin west are looking to expand their team and hire a TA Specialist to assist in the recruitment process, liaise with both stakeholders and candidates and identify hiring needs across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, identify priority roles and manage negotiations with candidates.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Manage excellent stakeholder management skills by maintaining positive relationships with on-site management and external agencies.
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of the recruitment process daily for immediate updates.
- Screen CV's and applications whilst updating candidates on the hiring process
- Manage the interview process with stakeholders including post interview feedback, offers, negotiations and onboarding.
- Lead and Manage meetings with hiring managers to provide updates, solutions to hire, quantifying new roles etc.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance to proceed to the next stages
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process whilst developing a strategic focus to assess future requirements.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter with 3+ years' experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Degree in HR, or Business Studies including HR
- Experience using various interview formats
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Results focused with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
