Tech Sourcer | Dublin | Hybrid | Competitive Salary
Are you a data-driven talent sourcer with a passion for connecting top software developers with career opportunities? We're looking for a Tech Sourcer to join our team in Dublin, supporting high-volume but highly personalised sourcing across Dublin (75%) and London (25%).
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top software development talent for our hiring teams. Working closely with two primary recruiters and reporting to Chris Gomes, you'll be responsible for sourcing niche, senior, and junior-level developers while ensuring a balance between quality and quantity.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive talent sourcing - Send 250 outreach messages per week to attract top software development talent.
- Candidate pre-screening - Assess eligibility before passing candidates to recruiters.
- Data-driven approach - Track and analyse sourcing metrics to refine sourcing strategies.
- Personalised outreach - Craft compelling messages while maintaining a high-volume pipeline.
- Industry engagement - Stay updated on sourcing trends and best practices to continuously improve your approach.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Open to all levels, but experience sourcing software developers is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and ability to track performance metrics.
- Tech talent expertise: Understanding of the software development hiring landscape.
- Creativity and strategy: Ability to personalise outreach and improve sourcing effectiveness.
