I'm currently hiring for an experienced Travel Coordinator to join a company in Dublin 22 on a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator with excellent organisation skills. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be based onsite 5 days per week.

What will I be doing?
- Handling incoming travel and accommodation requests from employees in a timely manager
- Assisting with all aspects of travel booking from hotels, to rental cards and taxis
- Preparing details itineraries where required
- Working with travel agencies to prepare bookings and handle last minute changes
- Budget and expense management, tracking travel invoices on a weekly basis
- Preparing travel reports to be shared with payroll team
What is required of me?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Strong MS Office experience
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
- Working knowledge of visa and travel requirements for booking international travel
