They are looking for an experience Marketing and Communications Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and utilise your experience in an established company. This role is fully on-site in their Galway office.
Responsibilities:
Research potential leads, qualify them with promoters and management, and express interest when appropriate, while keeping databases of leads and projects accurate and up-to-date.
Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as custom brochures, capability statements, presentations, newsletters, and project communications, ensuring consistency and quality.
Collaborate on managing the website, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns, while drafting and proofreading content for social media, awards submissions, and project updates.
Build and manage relationships with key marketing suppliers, handle purchase orders, and oversee professional printing of stationary, marketing collateral, and business cards.
Aid HR with branded documents, publishing job postings, coordinating recruitment ads, and assisting with internal communication plans to foster organisational culture.
Organise careers and industry-related events, expos, and project milestones, and arrange effective distribution of marketing materials across all offices.
Conduct competitor research and provide insights to support marketing strategies and specific market segments.
Coordinate photography requirements for projects, manage sponsorships, and seek innovative ways to promote partnerships and company branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to draft, proofread, and present marketing and project materials effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain up-to-date databases, coordinate events, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, email campaigns, and CRM systems to support online and offline marketing strategies.
Experience with layout design for branded documents, presentations, and marketing collateral, along with basic proficiency in design tools.
Capable of building and managing relationships with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration.
High accuracy in updating records, proofreading content, and managing procurement and distribution of marketing materials.
Ability to conduct competitor research, perform market analysis, and provide insights to support business goals and marketing strategies.
