A well-known insurance broker is looking for a highly motivated Personal Lines Team Lead to join their Galway office. This role will see you lead the Client Services team in Personal Lines, managing both the performance and development of your team while ensuring a strong customer-first approach in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will also get to put your own stamp on the team and be tasked with Identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working that enhance the digital customer journey.
The role will sit within the Home and Motor insurance team working with a number of personal lines account executives. The company has won a lot of new business lately so has plans to grow the team long term which will lead to clear career progression pathways for you. As the team grows so will the need for more experienced people to take on more responsability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace new ways of working within a cutting-edge digital platform and support the wider teams in adapting to these changes
- Provide weekly reports on team activity and performance to senior management
- Lead, manage, and oversee the workload of the Personal Lines Client Services team, ensuring high performance and morale
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members and implement development plans where necessary
- Identify ongoing training and development requirements for individual team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading team or supervising junior team members
- CIP Qualification or APA
- Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and develop a team
- Demonstrate strong technical product knowledge for Home and Motor Insurance
- Experience working with Relay
