Job Title: Clerical Officer
Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland
Salary: €16.32 per hour
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
We are partnering with a leading healthcare facility in Kerry to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, diary management, and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure timely record-keeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day operations within the healthcare facility.
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications. E.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and proactively address administrative challenges.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a collaborative and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative when required.
- Familiarity with scheduling, diary management, and phone call handling.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
