As Business Analyst with this rapidly growing SAAS company based in Kilkenny, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy and will enjoy working with clients. This is a full time permanent role which will require a presence in Kilkenny at least once a week.
Accountabilities and duties:

- Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades from on-premise to the cloud.
- Delivering new requirements to clients.
- Consulting with clients on best practices and process improvement.
- Overseeing day-to-day tasks of development team.
- Cultivating strong business relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
- Gather detailed requirements and conducted multiple demonstrations of the application.
- Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback. Works with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems and opportunities.
- Identifies appropriate, effective and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
- Defines the scope, priorities and benefits with stakeholders.
- Documents business requirements.
- Defines user acceptance tests.
Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Business acumen.
- Commercially savvy with a genuine interest in business.
- Proficient with a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
- Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
- Previous BA/ Project Management experience.
