Job Purpose:
Support balanced regional development in the Mid-West Region (Limerick, Clare, Tipperary) by providing coordination and administrative support to the Regional Business Development Team in Limerick and other offices as needed, aiding in the delivery of regional investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient administrative services, including managing communications, invoices, event logistics, and office scheduling.
- Coordinate activities, itineraries, presentations, and reports to advance business development initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, profiles, and infographics.
- Conduct research and maintain a database of relevant regional information.
- Update the CRM system and produce weekly progress reports for management.
- Collaborate with the Regional Executive and Manager to track key performance metrics.
- Represent and uphold the organization's brand within the region.
- Actively contribute to the Regional Business and Relationship team's growth.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in performance reviews.
