Morgan McKinley are partnering with a leading Irish drinks brand to find a Sales Developer & Account Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity:
This brand are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Developer to join their Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-loved Irish brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and opportunities in the territory (Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, parts of Clare, Laois, Offaly and Cork).
- Follow a three-weekly customer call file and journey plan.
- Use order processing/data capture system to:
- Capture orders.
- Completing store audits on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, stock availability, out of stocks, off sales, planogram compliance.
- Achieve quarterly volume KPI's
- Secure secondary displays for promotions.
- Merchandise off-sales and low stock on shelves.
- Secure extra space on shelf when the opportunity arises.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in Retail, Wholesale and/or Foodservice sectors, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Account Expertise: Ability to develop customer relationships with ambition to manage key regional accounts.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A driven and results-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate well with customers.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong Team Player: Ability to work with sales colleagues and cross functionally.
Essential Requirements:
- Full Irish Driving Licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing or food retail industry.
