Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop, maintain, and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and onboard new accounts.
- Achieve revenue milestones and targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the product team regarding enhancements and functionality requests.
- Work closely with project managers and supplier channels to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to company culture with a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
What We Are Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B customer-facing roles (3+ years) managing and developing enterprise accounts.
- Results-oriented with a passion for building strong client relationships.
- Experience in project or event management is a plus.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and a history of meeting revenue targets.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a positive and energetic approach.
- A real passion for delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
