Finance Manager

Join as a Finance Manager and gain hands-on exposure to finance operations, board reporting, forecasting, M&A support, and business partnering. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influencing decisions and supporting growth across the Group.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, office-based role in Nenagh covers a maternity leave with full handover and induction. Good possibilty of goign permenant or more long term.

What you'll do

• Deliver sales and revenue analysis, commission reporting, and KPI insights

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting to the CFO

• Lead forecasting, cash-flow planning, and payment approvals

• Prepare board reports and support senior leadership presentations

• Coordinate audits, controls, and compliance activities

• Support acquisition analysis and post-deal financial integration

• Partner with Sales and leadership to drive performance insights

About you

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Practice background (Big 4/Top 10 desirable) with up to ~5 years PQE

• Strong Excel and systems skills

• Analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
