Job Title: BCAR Coordinator

Location: Wexford (Onsite)
Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year

About the Role:

We are looking for a BCAR Coordinator to join a leading construction firm in Wexford. In this role, you will ensure compliance with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BC(A)R) by managing BCAR documentation, liaising with subcontractors, and tracking compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with subcontractors to gather BCAR certifications and documentation.
• Maintain and update BCAR folders and trackers.
• Attend project meetings to ensure BCAR compliance is on track.
• Coordinate BCAR certification processes for subcontractors.

Required Experience:

• Experience in a BCAR role within the construction industry in Ireland.
• Proficiency in Procore software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of BCAR processes and Ancillary Certificates.
• At least 3 years' experience in a related role.
