Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation based in Wexford, is seeking a Customer Relations Team Lead to join the organisation on a 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role involves managing global customer accounts, supporting sales and product development, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. The role is a full time position and the successful candidate will report to the Customer Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and daily team coordination
- Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments to support operational goals.
- Provide daily direction to the Customer Relations team to ensure efficient handling of all customer needs.
- Manage international customer accounts and support Sales Managers.
- Coordinate new product launches and custom projects.
- Oversee artwork approval processes and documentation.
- Support sales forecasting, order tracking, and reporting.
- Organise client visits, internal events, and travel logistics.
- Provide cover within the department as and when required
- Handle front office duties and internal communication management.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with experience in client service or account management.
- People management experience is essential.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is preferred.
