A leading healthcare insurance provider is seeking a compassionate and solution-focused Client Support Specialist to join their Cork-based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance on healthcare insurance options, addressing inquiries, and supporting them through the claims process. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients regarding health insurance policies, coverage details, and claims support.
- Offer personalized assistance, ensuring clients feel informed and confident about their healthcare options.
- Resolve client issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to manage and escalate complex cases as required.
- Accurately record client interactions in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Stay informed on company services and policies to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support or client service role, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or a related sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with customer support software; a willingness to learn new systems.
- A collaborative team player with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.
