Customer Service Advisor

I have an exciting Customer Service role in Little Island with a large Healthcare Company who are constantly expanding.

Start date: Beginning of January 2025

Salary: €28,000 + performance based bonus and benefits

What will the role entail?

• Taking phone calls from members during the day
• Managing an email inbox
• Helping customers with queries and resolving issues
• Inputting data onto internal database
• Using Microsoft Packages

What are we looking for in the next star candidate?

• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Familiar with KPIS and Targets
