Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and is eager to contribute to the success of their sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product/service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Track and manage lead activity in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product developments to enhance performance and provide value to prospects.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and a passion for building relationships
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
