A leading global organisation is now seeking to hire a TA scheduler/coordinator as they expand their TA team. The primary purpose of the role will be to assist scheduling all interviews and working in partnership with both recruiters and hiring managers to deliver best in class candidate experience.
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers in an effective and timely manner.
- Deliver best in class candidate experience.
- Confirming/scheduling interviews on relevant HRIS systems across multiple timezones.
- Supporting on administration for the department as required.
- Additional HR/TA tasks as required.
Experience required:
- 1-2 years' experience in a HR/TA coordination role
- Experience in coordinating/scheduling interviews in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working a global environment preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluent English required.
