We are partnered with a company in Limerick who are seeking to appoint the first HR role in their growing business.
This is a HR Manager / Senior HRBP role and you will have the opportunity to grow in the company and grow the team
Duties -
- Manage the execution and implementation of the HR function including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward and recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget
- Promote positive working environment
- Lead staff performance review process to ensure we nurture and develop the talent pool across the company.
- Take a lead role in building and strengthening the culture and embedding the Groups values in all that we do.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies that builds on the existing talent pool across the Group
- Design and deliver an effective induction programme for all new employees.
- Develop and oversee learning and development programmes for the team.
- Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development.
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda with a focus on engagement & welfare activities.
- Regularly coach, mentor and support colleagues, line managers and leaders to identify individual strengths and development needs.
- Design and execute on delivering training programs that aim to improve employee existing skillsets and career progression opportunities.
