This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising transport operations, ensuring efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.
This is a Monday to Friday days role.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate transport schedules to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and manage transport routes, ensuring timely deliveries and collections.

Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to optimise transport solutions.

Utilise transport management systems (TMS) for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to minimise disruptions.

Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations and health & safety standards.

Analyse transport data to improve performance and reduce costs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including warehousing and logistics, to streamline operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a transport planning, logistics, or fleet management role.

Strong knowledge of transport regulations, routing, and scheduling.

Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

A relevant qualification in logistics, transport management, or a related field is an advantage.
