Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading life assurance company for a Dublin based Claims Assessor position due to new business growth within the group risk area. They have a big push to expand the team over the coming years, and the Claims Assessor will use their technical knowledge and experience to assess high value claims and drive cases to a timely and accurate resolution.

The Claims Assessor will sit in the Group Risk team and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders keeping them informed of key issues. You will manage a portfolio of Claims from both Individual and corporate customers with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You will work on Income Protection claims for large corporate groups and manage the full claims process.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assess high value claims using your technical knowledge and experience
• Provide excellent written and verbal communications to customers with a strong attention to detail
• Be a highly organised and self-motivated individual with an ability to prioritise effectively
