Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global insurance broker in Dublin to hire for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team in areas including Property, Liability and Motor. There are also positions open in the Drogheda office for commercial account brokers. The successful commercial account executive will drive sales growth in numerous sectors and industries creating and generating leads from the existing database as well as developing new prospect pipelines to ensure sales targets are met. You will process MTAs and renewals as well as have a keen focus on new business. There is a clear progression pathway for the Commercial Executive to progress long term in the business and work closely with very experienced and high performing insurance brokers.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate on insurance policies and terms to secure the best coverage
- Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and advising on appropriate policies
- Analyse client risks and assess needs, providing customized insurance solutions
