Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Dublin 22
Contract: 3 month temporary contract with the view of being made permanent
Pay Rate: €15 p/h
My client is looking for someone to coordinate with drivers and assist and support different teams in a busy and fast paced environment. This includes resolving service issues and ensuring timely pickups to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service at all times.The ideal candidate will be a team player while also able to work on their own initiative. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records on the internal database of customers queries, requests and transactions
- Handle operational queries in a professional and timely manner via phone and email
- Identify and address any service issues and resolve them promptly and efficiently
- General administrative support to wider team and management
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to work and adaptability
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Previous experience in logistics coordination and customer service essential
