Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO strategy aligned with the organisation's technology transformation goals.
- Establish and maintain a robust PMO framework, methodologies, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Project Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the entire project portfolio, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of project performance and provide timely updates to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing PMO team.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the PMO.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and business owners.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head of PMO or similar role within a large-scale organisation, preferably in technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
