Operations Analyst- French Speaking

My client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive improvements in their insurance operations through strategic system implementation and process optimization. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on efficiency and effectiveness. Fluecny in French and English is a must.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading requirements gathering and process mapping for a new insurance claims tool.
• Developing project documentation and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Creating insightful operational dashboards and financial reports.
• Contributing to system specification, UAT, and training initiatives.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of operations (5+ years experience).
• Demonstrated ability in business process optimization.
• Experience with system development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
