My client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive improvements in their insurance operations through strategic system implementation and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading requirements gathering and process mapping for a new insurance claims tool.
- Developing project documentation and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Creating insightful operational dashboards and financial reports.
- Contributing to system specification, UAT, and training initiatives.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of operations (5+ years experience).
- Demonstrated ability in business process optimization.
- Experience with system development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
