A well-known insurance broker is looking for a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Executive to join their South Dublin office. This role will see you working with new business and existing business while gaining the ability to evaluate client requirements and provide suitable cover solutions. You will build relationships across all teams within the broker and work with the wider team to deliver on targets and objectives. Its an opportunity to work alongside and learn from very experienced and highly qualified insurance brokers in a growing company and develop your sales skills.
The role will sit within Home and Motor insurance, and the company has won a lot of new business lately so has plans to grow the team long term which will lead to clear career progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new business enquiries for personal insurance and process new business quotations
- Deliver best advice to existing clients at renewal of their Motor and Home policies
- Issue and amend Car and Home insurance renewals
- Handle all Mid-Term adjustments, queries and administration tasks related to servicing the client's insurance needs
Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience in handling car or home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers
- Hold an APA qualification in Personal General Insurance or be actively working towards same
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
