Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers, offering expert guidance, assistance, and solutions for inquiries related to hire purchase and leasing agreements.
- Provide timely, courteous, and accurate responses across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Clearly explain terms, conditions, and details of hire purchase and leasing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly, working closely with Regional Finance Managers to support daily client needs.
- Maintain detailed, accurate customer records, including interactions, inquiries, and solutions.
- Process payments, settlement quotes, redemptions, and updates to accounts based on customer requests.
- Educate clients on payment options, schedules, and potential non-payment implications.
- Stay informed of industry regulations, best practices, and trends related to hire purchase and leasing.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and strategies.
Job Requirements
- APA qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in the financial or credit management sector, with a focus on hire purchase and leasing.
- Strong knowledge of hire purchase and leasing agreements, including legal considerations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools.
