Head of Risk Management Policy and Credit MIS (Banking)

We are hiring a Head of Risk Management Policy and Credit MIS for an established Hong Kong incorporated Bank. This position will lead the teams for maintaining bank-wide risk management policies and credit MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to create and review credit risk policies and procedures, ensuring effective monitoring of the bank's credit performance through detailed analytics.
• Participate in bank-wide risk management projects and support ongoing improvements to credit systems.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes in credit risk, engage in industry discussions, and provide business advisory.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality risk reports for board and management committees.
• Advise subsidiaries on effective credit risk management practices.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in credit risk management, risk analytics or relevant functions, and 3 years of expereince in managerial position.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, CCRP is an advantage.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
