Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders during incidents, updating on progress and managing misunderstandings.
- Provide timely written updates aligned with IT Major Incident Management procedures.
- Lead verbal updates and conduct individual discussions as needed for specific stakeholders.
- Document significant changes and key decisions in the IT Incident Management Technical Channel.
- Brief new colleagues in the Technical Channel on incident history and current status.
- Collaborate with BIM and IMT to keep them informed and improve IT Incident Management procedures and controls.
About You:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management, Operations, Infrastructure, or Production Support.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in creating management reports in a technology setting.
- Understanding of the Windows, Linux, TCP/IP and SQL Server.
- ITIL Foundation certification, or equivalent knowledge.
- The ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
- You must have the right to work in Hong Kong
