This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy and organization and is well-versed in Irish payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for over 200 employees across multiple departments.
- Manage all payroll deductions, including taxes and pension contributions, ensuring full compliance with Irish regulations.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to address and resolve payroll queries effectively.
- Stay informed on Irish payroll regulations to ensure all payroll activities remain compliant.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in managing payroll for a mid-to-large workforce,
- Strong accuracy and organizational skills to handle all payroll details meticulously.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- IPASS qualification desirable
