About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of this ERP transformation, managing and delivering tailored training solutions to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to thrive. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure the smooth rollout of training programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for training sessions across multiple sites.
- Coordinate system testing.
- Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Manage training documentation and ensure all resources are up to date and accessible.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator, highly organised, and adept at simplifying complex information. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in coordinating training for ERP projects or broader technical projects.
- Strong presentation skills with a focus on engaging diverse audiences.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with digital training tools and e-learning platforms (a plus).
