Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve multi-billion yen revenue goals within the assigned industry.
- Drive new customer acquisition and generate sales pipelines by proactively seeking out opportunities and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations (C-suite, directors) and ensure sales processes and tools are optimized to increase revenue
Required skills
- Over 5 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or software business, with a proven track record of expanding territories and achieving sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in solution/value selling and the ability to deliver exceptional sales performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred skills
- English communications skills are a plus
