    A global leader in corporate travel management is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary contact for assigned corporate accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize clients' travel programs and satisfaction levels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client concerns effectively.
    • Identify upselling opportunities and present value-added services to drive account growth.
    • Use client feedback and data insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.

    Required skills

    • 3+ years in B2B account management or sales, preferably in travel, business travel, hospitality, airline, or consulting industries.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities to handle multiple client needs.
    • Results-driven, client-focused, and capable of managing relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
