A chance to join a global European automotive financial services company in the position of Chief Digital Officer and lead DX projects for Japan in collaboration with European HQ
Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee the digitalization of business processes, including interactions with authorized dealers and importers
- Manage the digital transformation of processes between authorized dealers and end customers
- Handle overall management of development and sales promotion activities
- Lead DX projects by gathering requirements based on marketing insights and customer understanding
- Collaborate with group brand members and authorized dealers to develop systems for trade-ins and cross-selling
- Guide marketing initiatives using Salesforce, optimizing the customer journey for the Japanese market in coordination with domestic IT and European headquarters
Required skills
- Experience developing digital marketing strategies and in launching new products or services through online channels
- Native Japanese ability and Business level English
- A Bachelor's degree or higher and possession of a standard driver's license are required, along with the ability to work in Japan or eligibility to work there.
