Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage Online Store: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize Product Listings: Create and maintain compelling product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content to enhance visibility and sales.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and sales.
- Enhance User Experience: Continuously improve website usability, navigation, and functionality based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Manage Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals and drive growth.
Required skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of ecommerce experience
- Japanese fluency and advanced English skills
- Must be located and eligible to work in Japan
